Michelle and Jonah what can I say I fell in LOVE with you both within minutes of meeting you! I loved Michelle with her down-to-earth, friendly demeanor and contagious free spirit vibes. And then I met Jonah who smiled with his whole body clearly SO much in love with Michelle and SO excited to be her husband. It was also my first time photographing or being on the Lavender Farm property and it’s gorgeous grounds and lovely old antique home. AND it was my first time shooting alongside Sara Smile Photography whose work I have admired from afar for the last year +.
Michelle and Jonah’s wedding day was nothing short of spectacular! It was a day filled with family and friends on the lovely backdrop of fields of lavender, an antique home and beautiful trees and flowers everywhere. Michelle and Jonah had a Jewish ceremony and also signed a Ketubah in the love shack on the property with both Jonah and Michelle’s families; including their grandparents. All of the bridesmaids wore different color dresses and suits and had their spirit animals as pins on their lapels. I love that Michelle asked Jonah to marry her on stage at an Improv show; the place in which they first met and fell in love. It was a day of nostalgia, love, laughter, songs and a SUPER FUN choreographed first dance by the bride and the groom. A day I will surely never forget!
Also super big thanks to Detailed Engagements for knocking the day out of the park! Tiffany was the planner for my friend Sarah’s wedding and she was a calm presence all day! I would highly recommend her to my future couples!
