Last Friday I photographed a family portrait session at Bourne Farm in Falmouth, MA for the Gibson Family. It was the most beautiful day, unseasonably warm and so sunny. Bourne Farm is a favorite spot of mine to photograph families for its diversity and also since I spent 9 years growing up that area, it holds a special place in my heart. Catherine is the younger sister of one of my closest friends and we have known each other for the past 26 years, which is a little mind boggling to me. This was the first time I have met Catherine and Jacob’s son Bennett and it was such a pleasure to photograph him. Bennett is one of the most easy-going babies, full of smiles and wonderment. It was so great to catch up with this wonderful family and spend an afternoon with them. I hope you enjoy this snippet of our afternoon together.
